The reign of the heavens is a country on earth created by Jesus within Naphtali and Zebulun! We are not crazy to claim Heaven itself and step on the Most High’s domain and we recognize that the earth is his footstool. We also know that the term Kingdom of Heaven is in the King James version which makes it appear as if we are claiming heaven but we are not.
